    Damn, went to close a couple of tickets that I didn't intend to open so only the right one (from the form we fill out) would appear, and damn it... I think I deleted the ticket I opened when joining live chat. I wonder how that will work out.

    Would like to close an old ticket as well but I don't know which email is linked to that ticket. Afraid to click on the links, does it auto-close if you click on the link or prompt you with the ticket number?

    You have to actually click "Close This Ticket" at the bottom after you click the ticket title.

    Yeah, I'm back to #167. I felt a bubble of rage, but I'm so sleepy it kind of fizzled. I'm going to have ragemares when I eventually pass out.
