Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

What´s the link for chat support? Can´t find it. I registered the CE in new service (stupid option!) and they don´t reply my e-mail contacts. Would like to access chat and can´t find it. (NA SERVER)

Since it gets buried every 10 pages or so... FOR CHAT:

Choose Account/billing and then sub category additional services
*Luck as in I can start the chat, not that I ever actually get in touch with someone

EDIT: The hours for their support (BOTH phone and chat are 9am-6pm PST)

The hilarious thing about the chat? The EU chat has no queue at all. I tried to see if they can assist with NA support but they said they cant unfortunately. but for any EU players having the issue it looks like you can get your issue at least escalated almost immediately.

Just log in, then hit contact, and do the square enix account support. just have to fill in some information and then it will take you to the chat, i literally was the only person in queue when i did it 20 minutes ago.

I seriously only see the option "Proceed to Email support". No live chat support at all. Oh well, I got to go to work now. Guess I will check again when I'm home in five hours from now... z_z

Same here. Can´t see Chat support, only E-mail Support.
