Also, to all of you unable to call/reach someone competent via their awful chat support, relax. I was realy, really stressed out when this happened initially, as were most people, but it seems that while some of us have chilled out, others are still raging. I recommend relaxing, enjoying what early access time remains on your account, and doing other things if/when it expires and they have not corrected these issues.
To clarify, since many people are worried about these, as I was:
- They restore the full 30 days of your game time when they fix your account
- Your early access characters WILL NOT be deleted if your early access time expires
Frankly, having to mash "Ok" repeatedly for 10 minutes just to hope I slip in through the cracks to log in is unpleasant and all the early areas are so packed with people it's almost painful to look at. I had to give up leveling at a few points because I was fighting for quest spawns with far too many people.
I really can't find any link for a chat. Can somebody help me with a link or something?
Does anyone have link to the live chat? I can only find the option for email support. I can't seem to find where ticket history is shown anywhere either.

And that's how it went for me. Over an hour of waiting AFTER spending over 30 minutes in queue. I know it could've been worse (like being on hold for hours before being cut off) but really? When you're supposed to be the one being dealt with you don't expect a whole load of unresponsiveness with a pathetic attempt at attitude in the middle. I can't find a direct complaint system like a direct email address. Has anyone else found one?

Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.

Grats! I called yesterday at 10:30am called again at 9:30am today still have nothingJust for Info and to give a bit of hope to the rest of you, I called UK Support yesterday morning at 9:00 and got my ticket escalated to head office. At the time the adviser said they had a lot of calls before mine and would probably take 2-3 days to process.
Got an email at 10:30 this morning saying the process had been completed. Low and behold i now have my EA account merged with my main account with 31 days play time left.

Cross platform is different I think.
If you were 1.0 player normal player and you want CE for 2.0 on PC your option is to upgrade or get PS3 version. Not 100% certain I am correct.

I have never waited for over 1 min on my queue, in saying that, I am from Australia and its probably not the prime time of US server. In terms of spawn it doesnt matter who tagged it as long as you do damage equal to 1/3 of the hp you get the kill as well. Also, to all of you unable to call/reach someone competent via their awful chat support, relax. Ok, this happened to me aswell, but i really dont understand how this is possible, so you register an EA Code which belongs to a game you bought, adn theres the possibility of losing the game because a brilliant guy decided to put a huge blue button which can easely confuse anyone trying to register the game... i dont even understand how 1 account can have 2 accounts!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

Do not panic. From the people who successfully get the account sorted you will not lose your beta 4/EA character nor your pre-order bonus item. You only lose the character if you started a new one on the new service account which was incorrectly created.Ok, this happened to me aswell, but i really dont understand how this is possible, so you register an EA Code which belongs to a game you bought, adn theres the possibility of losing the game because a brilliant guy decided to put a huge blue button which can easely confuse anyone trying to register the game... i dont even understand how 1 account can have 2 accounts!!!
