I have called the EU support twice and both times they confirm they received the ticket

You: service account 1 is my early access and beta account, I just want the 30 days applied to that account (service account 1 ) not to service account 2 (very confusing website, Lots of people did it wrong I think)

You: I only have 1 day play time left on Service account 1, So if this could be escalated I would be very grateful

You: that's very kind Michael, any ETA on this ... after 12.00 tonight I can't play ?
