this is just unacceptable. I created a ticket on the 27th. its now the 29th. they finally responded and closed my ticket, because of more pressing issues from early access.. I still have 2 accounts, 1 beta/early with 4 chars, my main being 24.. and 1 CE with 0 chars, and my first account has only 1 free day remaining. I refuse to pay and play until this is resolved. I simply want it merged. their website is so fing confusing and difficult to navigate. there were no upgrade options or anything of the sort. there was Add platform to my first account or Add New Service Account. Adding a new platform did in fact, create a new account with my collectors rewards only available to that account, not my beta/early release.. I'm seriously pissed off SE. they have not learned from ff14 original flop or have fixed anything. I lot I talk to on Coeurl say the same. pissed off and ready to leave unless this is resolved! I will not purchase another CE either!

Is it possible to buy and add another 60days to the 1st service account and then upgrade it to digital collector?
I assume not because the 1st account (beta) is not a full retail account so you probably cant add time to it as its not actually a real game, just beta/early access

I just got off the phone with the UK support for the second time, chasing it up, and the guy told me that as far as he knows, They are currently on track to have it all resolved by the end of early access tonight, and a friend has just been told the same too.
Now, Im not sure if thats JUST the UK center or what, seeing as how they'd have significantly less to deal with than the whole of the US, but its a shred of hope at least. Thought I'd let you all know.
So it seems that my first ticket that I created on monday didn't register at all?? Atleast I can't see it in the support page or so, which is super awesome. So maybe I can start playing this game next year when the CE versions can be bought again and I get a new key...Hopefully they will extend the EA or something...
