    I do not think giving more time of free play nor in game things could repair the TRUST I have for this company. I know it is just second day from launch but this is ridiculous!! Why is it that they made several servers in different countries? I thought it was to handle the congestion!! What the fuck!!!
    I hope there would be someone who could SUE this company for selling a game that is not playable!
    I do not think I can cause I got it for free, but if there is a case, I am in!!!!

    Even though I am really frustrated with the registration system, at least they took the site down for maintenance and got rid of all the stupid icons located at the bottom of your account page. Now the icons are all with words and seems a little more user friendly. Hopefully no one will make the same mistake we did and left hanging not knowing if we will be able to play pass tomorrow. I do hope that they are able to push out all the fix by the end of EA so we don't get any downtime

    GOOD NEWS!

    Guys, they fixed my account within 8 hrs.

    I spoke with a customer service rep on Live Chat at around 11am this morning. I had already submitted a ticket using the correct form a day or so earlier. He immediately escalated my ticket without me even saying much. I just checked Mog Station (it is now 7:47pm" and now my Service Account 1 has 32 days and all of my Collector's Edition Items! Woot!

    So yeah, just try to get on Live Chat, escalate your ticket, and they should be able to fix it before Early Access ends hopefully! Good luck to everyone!

    I've noticed the mog station website actually has 2 different versions.. try reloading it a few times, use a different browser or whatever. One just has "ADD SERVICE".. the other one has two huge "ADD WINDOWS" "ADD PS3" buttons.

    My biggest trouble as an Aussie is I dont have a clue who to ring. I have my retail account accidentally like everyone els not linked to my beta account, so It is just sitting there. Sent them two emails using the correct form, an nothing since 24th. Tomorrow all my beta chars get locked out an I have no choice but to play a empty retail one, that has already lost X amount of days on the 30 day timer for nothing. Not to mention all the work on my char's. Glad I have EVE to fall back on....

    Wow, ok, so I just got off a live chat with an agent nearly two hours after they should have been closed. So if any of you are still waiting in chat just keep refreshing if it cuts you off cause they're still there and working. Got my account escalated so hopefully it won't impact my service this weekend.

    Call the UK hotline they open from 9am-6pm (GMT) so it should be 7pm - 4am AEST. The number is +44 (0) 870 6000 182, the whole call lasted 5 mins for me when I called last night.

    you wont lose the 30 days, you NEED to do that form anyway, it's required as part of the escalation. make sure you copy down the ticket number it gives you when you submit it.. THEY WILL ASK FOR IT.
