it's closed for now. it kicked me out after arnd 3 hrs of being on queue. try again later i guess... this is so annoying. how come other titles have toll-free skype reachable numbers for those of us who aren't in the US or UK is beyond me.
I just got my ticket escalated via chat.. I guess people are doing overtime or I was in a cut off queue of some sort. AFAIK they have been closed for almost 2 hours.
it took me 4 times all day to get through in the chat.. 3 of those times were "no one available" and dropped.
Does anyone even know if EU support has a live chat? With NA, it has a section for it even when it's outside business hours (it just tells you that). There's not even an option on EU. Spent hours in the queue only for the NA operator to have no ability to do anything with my account (so don't bother using it if you're an EU customer). He did offer me the two options tho so that seems to be their newest approach to this issue to help alleviate the queue of accounts they have to work with.

I dont want to phone them personally, but would like this sorted relatively soon.
It seems to me that SE really needs to sort its problems out.
I think the biggest gripe I have at the moment is that if we're required to contact them in addition to filling out a ticket, what the hell happens if Friday gets here and some people still haven't been able to contact support? Maybe it's because I haven't played too many MMO's and so I'm not used to the early technical difficulties but this launch has just pissed me the hell off. Didn't have this problem in Tera, didn't have this problem in SWTOR or if they did, it wasn't nearly to this degree. If I didn't have hope that I might actually get my account situated I'd call it quits now.

Are they expecting us to pay for this kind of bullshit! I held up till the end of ver. 1 and this is the new kind of crap I am given. 1017, too full to get in!?! No respect at all to the players who supported the game!! They had enough time to get this right and they screw it up!
I bet they make the people who bought the new game able to play instead of the people (legacy) who supported them when others did not, ie: getting the game for free. If that is so, this company is just for the MONEY, forget the loyal players that supported them when things where bad.
I do not think giving more time of free play nor in game things could repair the TRUST I have for this company. I know it is just second day from launch but this is ridiculous!! Why is it that they made several servers in different countries? I thought it was to handle the congestion!! What the fuck!!!
I hope there would be someone who could SUE this company for selling a game that is not playable!
I do not think I can cause I got it for free, but if there is a case, I am in!!!!

I almost did it, at least i found this post in time, but i dont understand how to use the code.. it wont let me when i click add platform it only says how to add a ps3 code. I have sent emails to support but they wont answer..
