Oh, when do you get to hear her talk? Granted I've only really seen her during the envoy type mission, but that one didn't have voice for me.

I don't want to spoil anything. I will say you have the best odds of getting the most voice cutscenes with Merlwyb if your character starts in Limsa Lominsa.

I personally couldn't stand the English voice acting. So I've changed it to the Japanese voice acting with English subtitles. I know the subtitles are wrong, as I understand some of the Japanese voice overs, but there's a lot more emotion in their voices than their English counterparts.

I know what you mean. I actually thought something was wrong with my game because what they were saying doesn't match up with the English text at all sometimes. It's a heavily localized translation. Nothing wrong with that, but you kinda have to choose if you want to listen to the Japanese or read the English. It's hard to keep up with both O_O

Yda's and Papalymo's voice acting grated on my ears when I first heard them. I miss their 1.0 voices to be honest, but I really love Kuplo's new voice (sounds like Mokona from xxxHolic to me).
