I feel ya man. I have a job that im working overtime on. I called when I left work and just left the speaker phone on and they picked up 30 mins before they were closing down the lines. Its rough but for me it was worth it.
I would prefer to delete my unused service account myself.... Just in case they mess up again and delete the wrong one. Starting to reach the point where I don't trust anyone but myself![]()

Like many I don't have time for 3 hour phone calls, If it's not fixed tomorrow then Friday and Weekend (most people only playtime) are gone.
I don't think I will wait for two weeks, just put it down to experience and move on, not worth the hassle, plenty of other things to play / be doing
lol. It's been over 12 hours since I called the UK number (and started thinking it'll all be ok) and I've just checked my emails to find that I've received a confirmation...
... that SE have received my ticket "properly". I'm going to start laughing any time now. Either that or I might start to cry.![]()
Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.
Tried calling their numbers with skype, not allowed without subscription.
I agree with those who have to work all day. I am in the same boat as ya'll. The only reason I found the email that had my fix in my spam folder is because I was looking for another email for work that ended up in there as well. Funny, the emails were right next to each other.

Heres an update: Got through to the NA Call center after 3 hours. They Escalated my ticket and said there is no ETA of when it will be fixed could be 1 day could be up to 2 weeks. And too keep checking my moogle station to see if it has been fixed. Again I told him about this thread, and he suggested people Call in or use the chat to escalate it. Now i just have to hope its fixed by Friday 6PM PST. I Hope this helps!
For those peoples in Australia, I called +44 8706000182 at around 11pm last night, with no waiting time, and now my account is fixed![]()
