    I guess you don't *have to* call them, but it will speed things up. There's always a live chat option. The UK support answered pretty fast, if you're worried about phone bills there's always skype (I'm not sure if the number is free, I've used work phone).

    Me three... called exactly at 12pm ET. Got prompts.. now it rings 3 times, get a canned response and it rings. I think I might prefer elevator music to this set up.

    To contact them for live chat? Account for Contact Category seeing as it's related to it.
    Have you disabled the 2nd service account that was made? You shouldnt have.. I meant leave it as it was when you put the key in.

    Yeah I'm getting the same generic message. I cannot believe the same thing happened in 1.0, and they didn't have the mindset to design a better registration submitting process. In my defense I was registering on my phone becausey internet companies DNS took a crap, and I could only use websites that don't require a DNS. And on a mobile phone that like add to existing icon isn't there.
