
How did you get free 30 days anyway? I've been in since early Beta, purchased a collector's edition, and I don't have any free days as far as I can tell.Has anyone had any clarification about if for sure will lose our free 30 days if we accidentally added our registration key to a new service account instead of our current beta account? I've gone through and submitted the form from the help page, but its wording on the page is not clear about the free 30 days. The support text says:
"Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid for on the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID. We are also unable to transfer the subscription status from one account to another and you will be required to set up your subscription again once the process is complete."
Since there is only mention of paid subscription fees, does this mean the free 30 days of game time will be able to be transferred? After all the log in issues I don't think I'm ready for more bad news because the registration website layout was confusing...

3rd Edit: Day 2. I got generic auto-reply saying the support ticket had been received and it will be responded to within 48 hours. However, this email was responding as though I had opened a ticket about Beta access problems (Which I did not, it was about the 2nd service account issue.) I put a copy of the email in a later post in this thread (Page 40) if anyone wants to see.
I've filled out a couple requests now, but haven't had the time to wait 2+ hours to talk to an agent. I suppose I'll have to try tomorrow to get ahold of someone if they're insisting you need to talk to someone directly.... but at this point I'm about to just say screw it and let everything calm the hell down. I can't even play the character I want when I have time because of server lockouts until late in the night. maybe in a week everything will be fixed.

Everyone gets a free 30 day trial when they purchase the game, any version. Its pretty standard to get a free trial for MMORPG's

And everyone outside of the EU and NA regions are left to fend for themselves. Because they have no number to call without paying a fortune, and chat support isn't available to us.I'll post this again. They replied to my ticket about this matter and:

I decided to cruise through my email spam some more and found a thing from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com (I preordered from SE).
I opened it up and said the following:

There may have been two emails from this company sent out yesterday, thats how mine was. So I decided to go to Mog Station, did the add platform for my service account, and inputed the code that said Digital Rights. Took a shot, and BAM!, I now have 32 days free trial, plus all my CE items.
I don't know if this will fix everyone's problem, but it might help. So again, look in your emails if you pre-ordered from SE for something from:
webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
or look for digitalriver
This was a company that they use to process the purchases and to track our orders.
