2nd Edit: I was registering my Collectors edition code

3rd Edit: Day 2. I got generic auto-reply saying the support ticket had been received and it will be responded to within 48 hours. However, this email was responding as though I had opened a ticket about Beta access problems (Which I did not, it was about the 2nd service account issue.) I put a copy of the email in a later post in this thread (Page 40) if anyone wants to see.
How did you get free 30 days anyway? I've been in since early Beta, purchased a collector's edition, and I don't have any free days as far as I can tell.
