Zero crashes so far. I, too, have Windows 7 x64
As stated several times, I don't think this is Win7x64. Back in 1.0 my computer crashed a lot and after some research I found out it had something to do with my motherboard... Good luck in fixing your problems.
I have had a similar issue with the game not responding randomly. Game will freeze up and I usually have to ctrl alt delete to bring up task manager at which point I see the error "FFXIV has stopped responding". I've never seen a blue screen though. This has happened about 10 times from phase 4 until now. I believe my issue at least is with my graphics card temps. I've monitored it off and on and noticed usually it's just under 70, but I've seen it spike to over 80 (Summoner quest to fight ifrit for the egi pet) at which point my card hard throttles and becomes a slide show. I'm getting an aftermarket heatsink/fan for my card today so I'll see how it goes with that installed on it. I suggest monitoring your temps for both the gpu/cpu if you haven't already.
I5 3570k @ 4.6ghz
GTX 670 FTW
16GB Ram
Tried both 314.22 and 326.80 beta drivers
The driver you are using is known to have issues, I installed it on my 550 Ti and it almost killed my computer, it crashed like 6 times in less than a week, have they addressed the issues? I don't know, most likely not.
I went back to 314.22 driver, and it has not crashed at all since then. Yes it is a driver issue, not game issue.
What resolution and how hard are you overclocking your card? I'm running an an I5 3570k on 8gb ram with a GTX660, both cpu and gpu at stock speeds at 1080p/maximum and I rarely notice slowdown (and even then it's slight). My card has yet to overheat in any instance (I haven't even heard the fans dial up too loud either) What are your case temps? Maybe it's just an airflow issue?*snip* I believe my issue at least is with my graphics card temps. Windows 64-bits
GTX 650
6G RAM
Phenom 2 XII
I used to have that problem with other games, i could play for a while but suddenly the pc crashed or I got the blue screen, y checked ram, temperature, everything, and the problem was my graphic card(gts 250), i had to get a a new one (the GTX 650).
