I'd look into something specific to your PC. My wife and I are both running XIV on Win.7 64bit with the graphics set on max with no difficulty. I'm definitely not the guy to ask what it is you might be looking for, but the game has yet to crash on either of us, and we've logged a lot of hours the last few days.

This thread may be of interest. It's not an isolated issue:

I have come across this issue myself on friends pc's. I found it to be caused by a few different issues.

Overheating, usually caused by overclocking (return to stock settings) (improve cooling)
Overclocking in general. (return to stock settings)
You could also need to clean install your current graphics driver.

Unfortunately it could be other things but from my minimal experience those have been the usual culprits.

    I've haven't had ff14 crash on my win7 64 yet.

I think you might have corruption issues, or your hardware needs to be replaced, or even a good de-dusting of your case might help

memory full, your hard disc failed to retrieve the data and boom? i don't have a crystal ball, so what are you running while you play FF and which kind of drivers you set for your card official ones or forced.

Could be a faulty memory stick. Easiest way to test this is to take one of them out, play the game. I fit happens, take another out and repeat.

You can also download memtest to run.

I had this problem during 1.0.

Why are some of you telling the OP to run MEM test? You can see the error is caused by Nvidia, which has very little to do with RAM. Maybe Vram. You should reserve opinions for discussions and use fact to help people with technical problems. Less guessing next time.

Oh wait lets suggest every component in this guys computer. Not that the dump file says Nvidia. Honestly!
