    Tesco UK FAIL

    So I pre-ordered my PC Collectors Edition from Tesco Direct UK.

    Said I'd get it on release day and I still haven't got it yet. After an email (not answered), a phonecall where I was told they'd phone me back (still no reply), another phonecall where I was guaranteed that it would arrive today (which it hasn't) and another phonecall where the guy was honest and said "We have no idea what's happening. I'll find out" and still no word after 6 hours.

    I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

    Getting really annoyed now!


    EDIT: As I was writing this I got a phonecall saying that they'll reorder it for me and as they did that they have just found out they've sold out.

    So now I've paid £42 for something they may or may not send to me.

    Anyone know where I can buy a CE PC version in the UK?

    So disappointed

    ouch... PC CE are getting impossible to find now. I see them on ebay selling for like 200+ dollars already.

    Don't listen to OP!!! I ordered from tesco in June. Received my CE Saturday 24th at 10am. Well before release. And they have the lowest price and they sill have CE in stock. Great store £42 and free shipping and club card points. Awesome

    Don't listen to OP? I was asking if anyone else had this problem. Not saying it happened to everyone.

    I'm sure they're great 99% of the time but this is the 1% that they're not and I'm seriously disappointed.

    You could have said "I got mine no problem" instead of being a tool.

    But thanks for your help.

    P.s. it still shows stock on their website but they actually don't. Phone their call centres.

    Saying "tesco UK fail" is indicating they are unreliable to potential customers so yeh my point remains valid. When you log into your order on website on right of screen it says live chat click here. You could of saved yourself time via emails and calls and used that they answer instantly anytime I've ever clicked. You are the tool. Maybe your postman nicked your CE

    Having worked in a Tesco Call Centre myself i know how your feeling here as their games are sent our by royal mail delivery and cant track them and only say it can take upto 10working days after initial delivery period. also their site isnt LIVE so it doesnt automatically update. but you might like to try places like GAME and that for the CE. not saying they will have but worth checking out

    They have failed to complete this order. So that is a fail.

    I'm guessing you work for them since you were so offend. So I appologise for offending you but the service has been shocking.

    They haven't sent it out yet and they've admitted they're in the wrong.

    I'd just like to know where I can get another copy.
