Game did almost the exact same to me. Ordered my CE back in May and didn't think anything of it till I got curious of it not being sent at all so checked my account. Apparently it was cancelled, without letting me know and without a reason, no phone number open to calls so I decided to just go out and buy the standard edition and digital upgrade. Also got a 60 day time card with the money I should have been spending on the CE box so not all bad, but irritating nonetheless. It's more that they don't even let you know what's happening that makes it worse than it is.

thats why i do INSTORE preorders, cause i get a reciept and have to go collect it so dont need to worry about the deliveries. I got mine from GAME and collected my CE first thing in the morning right after they had been delivered

I should have learnt my lesson the first time GAME messed up with me to be honest. In store is separate from the online store and the 2 are incredibly different when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend people to stay away from their online store for many reasons, but I thought this would be different because it's a pre-order... obviously not.
