I've been repeatedly trying to apply my visa card to my account for payment update and also the Collectors Edition upgrade, and may I add the card is in good standing and has money on it, but no matter which card I use I keep getting an error 401 for payment. Does anyone else have this problem or is this something I have to contact Square about directly?

I'm not giving them any payment information or signing up for a sub until I know I will be able to reasonably play the game without limited logins, 1017 errors, character creation restrictions and all the wonderful DC errors that occur.

i think i read somewhere that during the free-trial/days period, they won't be taking any payments...
i could have just imagined that for some reason from all the stress im getting due to my computer blacking out randomly every 15-30 min of gameplay

Well I woke up early and spammed called SE and finally got through but only to be told their was no issues on their end. I was further told people who are making purchases outside from the country of their credit card are blocked due to their said complex billing system they are affiliated with that they cannot overwrite or white-list your account. I am overseas right now on vacation so I guess that raised a flag on my purchases but I'm glad that it wasn't an issue with my card but that doesn't really help me when I want to setup my account for purchases and a digital upgrade to Collectors Edition.

The alternative means I was told to pay for services was Digital Game Cards: Ultimate Game Cards. Then you add Crysta with it.

My account is Brazilian, and my CC is from the UK. I'm having the same problem, so I'm guessing it has something to do, yes, with the account info and the credit card info being different...

Also, I'm not able to buy crysta because of an "error 11000" ebery time I try.
And I'm also not able to register with UltimatePay because of problems with their website.

I have 13 more free days to play... after that I'm REALLY fearing for my sub... =\

You should all be on your EA access, or 30 free days from purchase access. What is the rust to attach payment info to the account yet?

Do you know how to REDEEM those cards? I've had a look on those but the "redeem card" link just sends me to the account management site... do you know WHERE to redeem the card there?

EDIT: I found out that info... seems like you redeem those by turning them into crysta. Problem is that, like I said above, I'm getting a "Technical error 11000" when trying to add crysta to my account. /cry

EDIT2: Found out what's wrong wiht my account... apparently I can't buy crysta because the game isn't registered to a country where such things are possible. FML. I lose. I'll have to create another account, and lose all my chars... I'm glad I didn't use up the game code I got when I bought the game (didn't have to, I'm a 1.0 non-legacy who purchased a copy by mistake)
