    Mogstation Debit/Credit Registration

    I've been repeatedly trying to apply my visa card to my account for payment update and also the Collectors Edition upgrade, and may I add the card is in good standing and has money on it, but no matter which card I use I keep getting an error 401 for payment. Does anyone else have this problem or is this something I have to contact Square about directly?

    Contacted my bank and they are not blocking the transaction... So its on SE's end for this one... Placed in a support ticket and of course there great customer service phone line has been busy pretty much all the time. Not sure why SE constantly has the worst customer service out there.

    No-script is a firefox addon that blocks a lot of stuff (I use it for security reasons )

    Maybe try a different browser? I run IE + firefox at home, usually can find one that works for most sites.

    I am having the same error. I think it has something to do with the SE account not matching the CC info. Which is bullshit because I use two last names on my CC and I only put one last name on the SE account. Now I can't pay, I can't refund AND I need to cancel my account in order to create a new one to get the CE and lose all my character progress.

    I don't think that's the case. I have matching names on my game account/cc and still having the same issue.
