Dragoons Cannot Roll On Scale Armor?

I've been noticing that too. My bigger question is, does DEX do anything for a LNC/DRG, as the scale type armours don't have it. I know DEX deals with ranged physical damage, and I'm wondering if DEX affects the jumps or Piercing Talon. If so, then it would make sense why leather is needed more than scale.

I have had a similar thing happen on my Marauder with plate that clearly said MRD on it. I wasn't able to need roll on it . So I doubt its just Dragoons but a loot bug in general.

AFAIK LNC/DRG gain nothing from the DEX on gear, so it really makes no sense that we can't roll Need on it in an instance. Plus, it's already terrible enough using the Duty Finder as a DPS class, the last thing we need is more reasons to favor tanks (I say that as someone who switches between LNC and MRD fairly regularly).
