If you have no time scale, and it doesn't get done in two days that means you cannot play on your leveled account and are going to be out time.i got through to UK support via 0870 6000 182 and got confirmation that my ticket is logged but they have no timescale on when it will be fixed, he did say they have a huge workload at the moment, as you can imagine :P
even though I cant see my ticket on the ticket status page, I gave them my ticket number and they confirmed it has been logged and is waiting to be worked on.
he did advise that I don't make a new ticket because that can only confuse things.
to be honest way I feel now I don't mind losing a few days of free game time, I just want it fixed before my early access ends.
Clearly you missed what I said EA ends in two days. That means if they don't fix it in two days you won't be able to play on the character you been leveling on. As well any extra time it takes past EA means you will be lossing your paid game time.
So basically, weve gone from spamming login for the 1017 to get in a queue, to spamming our phones to get into a queue.
This is unacceptable, if early access time is not extended before this is resolved then shit is going to hit the fan
sittin on hold.
