    Don't touch my Service Accounts? So leave my second Service Account deactivated as is?

    And good to know the 30 days will be transferred though sadly I'm going out today so I'll have to wait on calling them. Their phone number for the NA region is located on their website on the bottom of the page right? Or somewhere in the contact page.

    And what do I put in here:

    To contact them for live chat? Account for Contact Category seeing as it's related to it.

    Have you disabled the 2nd service account that was made? You shouldnt have.. I meant leave it as it was when you put the key in.

    I wish I knew that sooner and the website is currently under maintenance... how lovely. =_=

    And I tried to do the Live Chat but no agent, what a surprise considering what everyone was saying, and I sent an e-mail but I have no idea when that will get through.

    How many people resolved this little issue? Isn't SE working as fast as they can and to the best of their abilities? Honestly it's not just them but I feel like some workers around the world don't take their jobs seriously enough.

    I hope I can get this fix soon.
