Thats exactly how i feel, i dont think a CS agent sayin its "escalated" now does anything really, ive worked in a few call centres before.well it seems they are saying different things to different people, in other words CS are as much out of the loop as us
really they have 2 days to fix this or expect a major backlash, at least for the time being we can still play
also CS saying they escalate your ticket, is a way to make you think they have done something and get you off the phone, i wouldn't expect your accounts to be fixed any quicker than the rest of us
Next person who gets through on the phone, ask for a senior representative to answer your queries.
And please insert some insult there too, I'm really pissed off that we get no official GLOBAL response, or extended early acces for people waiting for the fix. Characters could be wiped ? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ?
I was looking forward to playing all of last weekend. I played for, maybe, 2 hours due to login restrictions. I'm now looking forward to having enough time to play THIS weekend, as it is a holiday for me, and... my account will probably expire, so I can't play unless I totally want to restart. Right now, I'm so frustrated that I want to scream! I loved and believed in this game enough to buy the collector's edition, but the code redemption decided to add a new service account rather than just grant that status to the one I already had and was playing. With so many people having errors, I don't see my account being fixed before next week. Yet another weekend of not being able to play the game I wanted to play. After the phase 4 errors, my pre-order code not working (for to resort to using the preorder code from the standard edition I cancelled to upgrade to the collector's edition), and NOW the CE code messed up and didn't register to my per-exisiting character... ARGH! I was patient and did my best to not complain... but this is insanity!
They're saying could be, so you know they can't be blamed if it does happen. It most likely won't happen since all they need to do is delete the second service account and upgrade the first service account.

I have this problem too. registered code on 27th. Sent three tickets and had usual confirmation email...losing the will to play this game...not played since yesterday.......waiting.....
Can't be bothered to play until this is fixed (let alone buy a subscription)
