    Im in the same situation, i filled in the form midnight 26th and there was nothing on the right hand sidebar of the support site for me. So i just now filled in the form again and that now appears on the support site as a proper open ticket. Which is now the 3rd ticket i've sent, but this is the only one showing on my support page, so maybe its worth filling the form in again, Also i remember seing a page somewhere on the support page saying that you should put your registration code in the comments section of the form, i dunno wether they really need that or not so i put it in this time.

    So yes, everybody should call them.
    The ticket I did two days ago was in fact pointless.

    At first the guy said that it would be a problem to fix it, then he put me on hold and got advise from someone else and said that the problem would eventually be fixed but there is a long queue...
    At least not I just have to sit and wait.

    This happened to me too. Second ticket appears enough. I also sent a third ticket just now, and it's not appearing either.

    Just off the phone from the UK Support department. Sadly the lady I was put through to gave me inclination as to when my issue would be fixed, how long it could possibly take or if my game time would transfer. She even suggested that I don't play at all as characters may be wiped if they can fix it.

    "I have no advice I can give you, just maybe don't play your character. Achievements and progress could be lost. We are so busy just now I don't even know if this can be fixed, we have asked head office for information on it and they don't have an answer. So I cannot help, I'm just technical Support"

    Disappointed to say the least.

    they better sort this out before i can no longer play my chars on service account 1

    the registration service was ridiculous and unclear as is proven by the fact so many of us have been caught out and they have changed now the form

    yes they have posted a what not to do thread - but where is the offiical info on what they are going to do to fix it?

    bad communications plague square enix customer service

    i have 2 accounts, that i never wanted both loosing subscription time and im loosing hope that any fix they do will cover this too tbh

    i cant believe UK CS said to not play the game as our chars may be deleted!!!!! wtf are they doing at SE this is just unacceptable!

    They SHOULD appear on the right hand side, after loggin in. If it doesnt (which it didnt for me the first 2times) Maybe re submit the form again?
