    I think they'll fix the tickets too, but when I called, the dude said EVERY call hes had this morning was about this, so hopefully its making them realize the scale of the problem.

    I have to say though, the UK support number was so hard to find Im surprised they get ANY calls at all.

    Just got off the phone with UK support number. I filled in the support form at about 10pm BST on the 26th. I was told this was before the system was running properly and as such my ticket number was showing as a generic support email and if it had gone to the right team it would have been done by now.

    I was advised to complete the form again. The guy was helpful but said he didn't have any information yet on whether my accounts would be merged before my 2 days run out. He also didn't have any information on whether we would be credited any time for the 30days ticking down.

    If you registered your support ticket on the form before the 27th you may have to do it again!

    The impression I got from the guy was that because of the high number of affected players things are being dealt with in order of complaint not in order of escalation. I don't think escalating makes much difference to the individual at this point but, as part of the masses, it helps to drive the point home with SE and maybe, just maybe, it'll help get everyone's accounts sorted. Fingers crossed an' all that, yeah?

    Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.

    Think i sent mine yesterday (27tH) , but still cant see that ticket on support page and only mail i got was some crap about beta stuff (just like others). Question is should i wait for new ticket response i made today regarding the old ticket (not showing one) or fill the form again ?

    I received a generic reply and no ticket shows for me on the support site. Might be better to do another one just in case if you're not able to call.

    The mog station site appears to be down for maintenance. I wonder if that's good news for us all!
    EDIT Scratch that mog station back up for me now. No changes.
