    Just got off the phone with UK support number. I filled in the support form at about 10pm BST on the 26th. I was told this was before the system was running properly and as such my ticket number was showing as a generic support email and if it had gone to the right team it would have been done by now.

    I was advised to complete the form again. The guy was helpful but said he didn't have any information yet on whether my accounts would be merged before my 2 days run out. He also didn't have any information on whether we would be credited any time for the 30days ticking down.

    If you registered your support ticket on the form before the 27th you may have to do it again!

    Think i sent mine yesterday (27tH) , but still cant see that ticket on support page and only mail i got was some crap about beta stuff (just like others). Question is should i wait for new ticket response i made today regarding the old ticket (not showing one) or fill the form again ?

    I received a generic reply and no ticket shows for me on the support site. Might be better to do another one just in case if you're not able to call.

    The mog station site appears to be down for maintenance. I wonder if that's good news for us all!
    EDIT Scratch that mog station back up for me now. No changes.

    Im in the same situation, i filled in the form midnight 26th and there was nothing on the right hand sidebar of the support site for me. So i just now filled in the form again and that now appears on the support site as a proper open ticket. Which is now the 3rd ticket i've sent, but this is the only one showing on my support page, so maybe its worth filling the form in again, Also i remember seing a page somewhere on the support page saying that you should put your registration code in the comments section of the form, i dunno wether they really need that or not so i put it in this time.

    This happened to me too. Second ticket appears enough. I also sent a third ticket just now, and it's not appearing either.
