Please tell me there will be less healers soon...

Up until now the healing mechanics i have seen are not any more interesting then anywhere else (one could argue, that they are even more "generic"). In some time only the devoted and desperate will be remaining because to most of the people, healing will be no fun.

Healing in this game is by far the most fun Ive had as a healer in an MMO... Especially after 35, when WHM gets Regen, your options really start opening up, and coupled with the dungeon mechanics, there is a huge skill cap for healers in later content
Dont know about Scholar though, will have to try it eventually at some point, but I absolutely love White Mage

Only 22 cnj so far but i really like it . It was a real treat to heal run yell scream die a few times for Ifrit and then win!..

Remember for every healer there are thm, pugalist, lancer, archer, arcanist, and mrd assuming they just want to dps.

Judging from the extreme over pop on every server, heals will be needed so don't fret.

I expect that there will be more WHM than SCH for a while, because ACN will have to compete against other DD's in Duty Finder. So that's thirty levels (well the last 14-15 at least) where there will be tough sledding. That means in the end, I think, that there won't be an overpopulation of SCH in the game.
