    Mine shipped however was delayed because of weather...(IN California where it's sunny, makes no sense to me), but anyway I only got a tracking number by going through that findmyorder website and trying to recover my password which finally it replied and in the email it had the tracking number in it. You can try that.

    If you really want the game you should go to a retail chain and ask if they have any CE's left. They will probably tell you no but then ask if they have any on reserve that are awaiting to be picked up. With the current problems that are going on I'm sure there are a few people waiting to see what happens with the servers. Unless customers @ Gamestop for instance paid 100% their copies are only guaranteed to be held for 48 hours. My store personally chooses to hold MMO CE's for a week minimum unless fully paid just because we all play MMO's and understand how much people cherish MMO CE's and they become rare quick.

    Keep your receipt and leave the package sealed until you clarify what SE is actually doing with your order and you'll usually have 30 days to return the CE to a brick and mortar store for a full refund.

    mine was shipped, got a tracking number but it has not updated tracking info since last friday i think and it says it was a few states away, no idea whats going on and really starting to wonder whats up with the mail. i swear the usps is about as unreliable as they come, i would have gladly paid more to use ups or someone else for sure.

    sounds like they no longer have your order then.

    best bet is to get your order confirmation and try to get in touch with *gasp* SE customer support.
    Digital river is just some front for the distribution so they do very little in terms of customer service.

    ya i'm going thru findmyorder but it just says order's "not traceable". As for the ebgames (i'm in canada), I live in a small town and the nearest one's a cpl hrs away so it's not viable to travel that far in case mine shows up a week or month from now. I just wish there was some info on the delay somewhere. Thank you all for the information, maybe it'll come tomorrow...if not, well guess i'll go back to WoW.

    digital river's order look up is about as broken as they come. i do a search and it gives me a completely different order than i asked for, so i have no idea how to look it up and they have yet to return my email from like 12 hours ago lol.

    i had preordered back in june but digital river claimed i never had an order til middle of july...until i found a 3rd party site with their phone number on it. 15 minutes later "oh look, here's your order" >.>

    i look up my order and instead of my ff14 order, it pulls up my assassin's creed 3 order from ubisoft months before... i'd say someone dropped the ball with that...

    I pre-ordered a copy over a month ago on Amazon, and was just informed today that my order was canceled and I would get a refund. Suffice to say I was upset. I wouldn't expect any recourse, as Amazon pretty much said I'll get my money back end of story. I sent an e-mail to SE, but haven't gotten a response.

    really? did they confirmed your order was still on the way?
