Physical Collector's Edition woes

I've looked everywhere on these forums for an answer and if i missed one I apologize. I preordered the Physical Collector's Edition for PC from Square-Enix's website way back in june. had the early access codes, everything was fine. Then the game launches, and i go to check my account i've got 3 days left of "free" play. Now I know i need my code from the physical copy...HOWEVER...I check on my order from "findmyorder.com" and it says my order is "nontraceable"...does that mean it's not even shipped yet? it's frustrating because I'm reading about other people that recieved theirs already. As for tech support I haven't even recieved a confirmation notice about my ticket and I sent one 6 hrs ago.

I believe some orders were actually cancelled by SE and other retailers due to lack of copies to ship. I have no idea if that's what is occurring with your order but it could be one explanation.

wouldn't i recieve an email then to say my card's been refunded or that the order was cancelled? because if they cancelled it they kept my money.

I've only really read a couple of the people's descriptions of what happened after cancel. Some were scheduled to be shipped a regular edition and get a refund for whole purchase as an apology. I doubt with the horrible problems going on now with servers they would waste their time refunding anyone in a timely manner but I don't know any other information for you sorry.

it's ok, thanks for what you could give Laronvas...just very frustrating...$90 down the drain.

and what's worse, there's no phone number for tech support so you have to wait (possibly indefinitely) for someone to bother getting around to your email. With the number of problems going on they're probably just auto deleting them.

at least you GOT a copy did you order directly from SE's store? or from some other site?

from SE's store, yeah.. you'd think after how much money we pay for the products they would ensure more care when shipping.. Hopefully yours arrives in the pristine condition that you paid for :/

did you get a message that is was shipped?

Mine was shipped and had the same "cannot be tracked" message, but it arrived today.

they should normally inform you if your one of the unlucky to have gotten canned by lack of supply.

no mine just says "not traceable"
