When you say the code that came with the game, do you mean the pre-order bonus code? Because the one that's inside my game box is much longer than 12 characters. As far as I know, I haven't got another code :/

Look on the back side of the users manual. Should be a 12 digit code.

When I enter my 12 digit code under Account Mangement > Redeem Codes its telling me the code is wrong or has already been used. Anyone else having this problem?

I had that issue as well, it turned out I was typing it out wrong. What I thought was an 8 turned out to be a B, the font is kinda weird.
