When I enter my 12 digit code under Account Mangement > Redeem Codes its telling me the code is wrong or has already been used. Anyone else having this problem?
I had that issue as well, it turned out I was typing it out wrong. What I thought was an 8 turned out to be a B, the font is kinda weird.
You need to make sure that the letters are all CAPS as well.
Thank you for the idea about a letter not being what it seems >.< There was what I didn't know if was a zero or O....it was a friggin D. Thanks! lol
I think they fixed this issue. I entered mine last night and it worked. Check this post out.
