I bought Collectors Edition but i have Standard Account

For either of you that said that just worked, were either of your accounts 1.0 accounts with a character already on them? Mine is and the code is invalid for me. I'm not going to add a new service account (which would probably work) because I want to apply it to the account I already have.

That's not a 1.0 account, so you didn't have a service already on it. Which is what is different between your issue and mine. People with 1.0 have no way to upgrade via key, only to purchase an upgrade directly. So if you have a key, it serves no purpose.

I am still trying to fix the problem that my boyfriend is having. We both bought 1.0 CE and the digital download for early access. I received all items yesterday via mog mail. He only received cait sith minion & mog cap. On the mogstation, it says his account is Standard & it says mine is CE.

Not quite sure why mine is fine & his is having issues. We both did the exact same thing.

Okay Everyone Who Is struggling with this I found a fix!!! This is what you do go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation then log in second step find your email containing your Digital Rights from your Original Purchase Receipt 3rd You click on your mogstation page and hit ADD platform Type in that top code and there you go

I would like to confirm this is also correct. Also, those who do this and get the invalid code, try using CAPS exactly how the code is written.

Hello Everyone Here is a quick tut/guide on how to get that Collectors Edition In-Game Items that we have all been waiting for!

Step By Step
Step 1

Go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation
Step 2

Log in to your account and hit Add Platform.
Step 3

Find your Original Purchase Receipt you got via Email and find your Digital Rights.
Step 4

Your top code is to be applied on the mogstation page, which we did in Step 2
