I bought Collectors Edition but i have Standard Account

Apparently, since I bought the digital collectors edition, I couldn't register it to my existing 1.0. I ended up giving my collectors edition code to my gf and just upgraded my existing account to collectors edition. Maybe you're going through the same thing?

I had that too Lord. That was the second email I got. I received two of them. One had the code and one had that error crap. If you didn't receive the other than you probably need to contact their support.

I solved my own issue. Hope this helps other people with similar issue. I had to actually go back to amazon and download it again and then i got my Activation Key. I had to wait for release date which is today.





Afterwards I got my Key



Then afterwards i went to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...fxivshopacctop and i added a service account make sure you add it for what platform (PC or Playstation3) your playing on once there you will have to follow up the steps.

Okay Everyone Who Is struggling with this I found a fix!!! This is what you do go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation then log in second step find your email containing your Digital Rights from your Original Purchase Receipt 3rd You click on your mogstation page and hit ADD platform Type in that top code and there you go

For either of you that said that just worked, were either of your accounts 1.0 accounts with a character already on them? Mine is and the code is invalid for me. I'm not going to add a new service account (which would probably work) because I want to apply it to the account I already have.
