    When I purchased from SE directly I got an email today with my collector's edition code. Its a seperate one from my pre-order code that gave me the pre-order items and early access.

    I'm not sure how amazon is going it but SE store you should get an email like this.
    Then after you put in your code, should look like this

    I had that too Lord. That was the second email I got. I received two of them. One had the code and one had that error crap. If you didn't receive the other than you probably need to contact their support.
