    You're wrong. I got both the rank 1 and 2 vet rewards after adding my 60 days gamecard.

    Timecards give them instantly, been this way for pretty much every game I've played.
    Since you essentially just payed them on the spot.
    S/he's talking about if you add a sub instead, I believe, in which case you would need to wait out the free month for them to charge you.
