I have no characters listed, I have not gotten any of the CE items and I can't even set up subscription without a character listed. It really sucks that they can't make even a single aspect of this launch work as they planned.

I had a character in there yesterday, but not today - it's gone!
Same here only JP one also my Collector and Legacy has been removed ( i have 2 on the eu/na one)
When you click the character it links you to the lodestone, so maybe the missing character is just an interruption connecting to lodestone, rather than it thinking you don't have one.
My character is showing in the Lodestone OK, just not at all in Mog Station. It was there last night, as of this morning it's gone.
Same here, but when I added the CE upgrade to my account, the items turned up just fine on my character. So it not displaying is more a visual glitch, than the character actually being not connected to your account.
The only people it really affects are those with more than one service account trying to figure out which one to apply codes to.

I went ahead and took the leap of faith as well and everything went through fine. Mind you, I only have the one service account, so that wasn't an issue for me. It was only the missing characters from NA. However, my NA characters did get the items. So, hopefully that encourages others to go ahead and input their codes as well. Just remember, as other threads have stated, to add the new platform, not the new service account.![]()
Mine only shows my JP character (which I don't really intend on playing), but I got my CE items for my NA characters fine.
Yes, The important thing is to choose the right service account. I have two, one was 1.0. I decided to start fresh so I have 2 service accounts at the moment. Service account 1 is my 1.0 character, service account 2 is my PS3 one that I started over with. The items will go for all characters you have made with that service account. Do not fear if the "wrong" character shows up. Just be sure to pick the right service account.I went ahead and took the leap of faith as well and everything went through fine.
