Wrong Character Listed on Mog Station

I am in the same situation. Mog Station see deleted char from JP server but not my main (which was created sooner!) from EU server...

As long as it shows one of your characters that you made for that service account you are fine to pick it. It will only show one of your characters and your bonus items are tied to your account not character. It will show the one at the top of the character list starting with jp. Rest assured, even if it shows one of your characters from jp server its fine. Choose it.

Having the same issues, only showing my JP characters. I'd rather wait till there's some more confirmation that that's fine.

Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. Couldn't understand why my Durandal alt was showing but none of my Balmung characters were. Guess they have a kink to work out there :3

It would be really nice to get some official word on this issue. I have my CE code ready to put it in, but I really want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. I'd hate to have issues like some of the other folks here. my Mog Station says I only have one character total, when I should have three. Like someone else mentioned, my two NA/EU characters are not showing (which I created for beta P4) but the one I made on a JP server last night when I couldn't access Leviathan is what shows on the list.

Ultimately, it would just be nice to hear from SE that we're okay to go ahead and put our codes in and all our items will be applied to all of the characters, even if they're not actually listed.

Mine showed no char yesterday, then my main last night, now back to showing none. I'm guessing it will sort itself out eventually. But until then it does make it difficult for people with more than one service account to figure out which they're supposed to be registering the code to.

edit: even though it showed no characters, my main still had the collectors items waiting in her mailbox when she logged in.

Same problem. Reported to SE support center. Got Old player bonus (helm, minions and so on) but says I have no met requirements for the other bonuses (those for staying 30-60-90 days in FFXIV 1.0). It's so frustrating report continuosly stuff like that. Also having trouble recovering the license code...it's not showing it and I don't know yet where and when download the new software for free. I am so blinded or SE minding to provide us some help?
