    LOL yeah that's what I thought.

    Also good job on getting the game name to them, the guy would not even take it from me, he may as well have just straight up said to me "I don't even care about your problem". On the other hand I've heard if you renew your contract now they put you on a different exchange and you do not get traffic shaping applied to your broadband, thus fixing the problem. I really don't want to have to go down this route...

    It worked for me last night, I posted that on the way to work....

    I played all through peak hours last night (UK 6pm to about midnight)

    It may not work for you, but you might as well try it, rather than just dismiss it, other people on the old beta forums had the same success as I did with forwarding the ports

    OK thanks, i'll try it tonight, unfortunately I'm at work now.
    On the other hand, I've just phoned BT and got through to an ACTUAL tech this time and he understood everything that I was telling him and he confirmed that because I'm an Infinity Option 2 customer that there are NO restrictions on my Internet usage whatsoever....

    Yeah it would be nice if this was sorted soon as it is unplayable at nights and since that is my usual time to play it looks like I will be struggling.

    I cant see a fix until way after this week, theres just no Dev responses or anything of the sort. BT will only solve this if SE get in touch with them.
    SE only have to take a look in this thread to see whats going on. But nothing. I know it seems like they have bigger fish to fry, but this thread is testament to how widespread this problem is.
