I am pretty sure a lot of people on here (and a few laws) disagree with you.
Even if you are right, in a businesss transaction it really doesn't matter if you are right if it means the customers are walking away from you. Understanding that is the key principle behind 'Customer Service."

Actually when you pay for a service, you are entitled to that service or a refund of your money. What kind of planet are you from that a customer may or may not receive said service? This isn't beta and we're not investing in anything.
I have to agree that it wasn't promised. Of course, if you paid for it, and do not receive it, that's another matter entirely, and left to the District Attorney (or Public Counsel) to deal with.
