Receipt one gave you the RAAU, right?
That's only for the preorder items and early access.
Game code is separate.

While not CE its proof enough,

This was taken 5 minutes ago, and the fact that some people already have their CE/pre-order items is rather depressing. Its just supporting my paranoia that I messed something up and wont even see my own items!

Maybe these people you are seeing work for SE and they want to show them off so you will want to upgrade your order to Digital upgrade to get the "cool" items.

I don't think even SE could be dumb enough to alienate their player base further by flaunting CE/Pre-order items a day early just for marketing, especially since everyone who is playing it now should already be getting one or both of said bonuses... if you ask me that simply would be a huge slap in the face.
