no CE items in game mail

I'm not sure, I ordered the digital CE, so I'm just waiting on my code. My early access email said my digital CE code would be emailed shortly before launch on the 27th. Hopefully that means it will come today!

yay! That would be awesome if they send the email today/tonight! I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only one with this situation. Also is my character photo pulling up for anyone? On my comp it has a blank silhouette, and still shows my char as level 3.../shrug

Where do I download the game?

If you participated in the Final Beta test or Early Access periods of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn you will not need to download the game again.

If you have not downloaded the game during the Final Beta test or Early Access periods, please go to http://hosted.gmgfarm.com/ffxivsetup.exe to download it.

After you have finished installing, please run the game and enter your Square Enix Account credentials in the launcher to begin the automatic update process.

Have you tried entering in the code now that the Mog Station is active? There's a spot you can enter in Bonus Codes under your service account. I haven't tried personally (as I don't have a code to enter), but it's worth a shot if you haven't yet.
