On a side note, are you able to rename them? Eos and Selene are cute enough names, but I like to personalize. It seems like the healing pet Eos is semi-useless at the moment unless its an encounter that you can be standing relatively close together as the AoE HoT has a fairly short range on it. Selene isn't as bad as her buffs last for 30s with a 60s CD so you would be using them on CD anyway. (It will be using one after the other as you can only have 1 up at a time). So therefore positioning of her isn't as vital and she can just spam embrace to help healing.
I believe once you get a SCH AoE heal with the current system Selene will be the optimal go to pet, the buffs are quite powerful and as stated early will be pretty much used on CD due to their duration

Role-players are on the rise.
Pet controls need to be improved. Fairy doing automagically whatever she wants is very annoying, and not being able to issue commands while casting bad, too.
Don't think you can.
Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.
You can hot-key your pet abilities on your own bar you need to do it from the Actions Menu > Pet then drag and drop it onto your hotbar. You can also reassign the hot-keys for the pet bar.
On another note I just healed brayflox with SCH in Duty Finder group, Adloquium (This spell needs a better name) is a great spell just not too sure on the maths behind it, I consider it to be a heal with equivalent of 600 potency, the great thing about shields is they don't ever over-heal and the duration on the shield from this spell being 30s means you're pretty much guaranteed to utilize it all whether or not it turns out to be more mana efficient than physick I'm not too sure. One thing is for certain SCH really needs to get a status cleanse skill much earlier on.

Could you please better explain how to assign your pets skills to your hotbar please? You can hot-key your pet abilities on your own bar you need to do it from the Actions Menu > Pet then drop and drag. You can also reassign the hot-keys for the pet bar.

Click on Actions & Traits (Then menu where your skills are) then select the Pet section, find the ability you want, click and drag it onto your hotbar. Also if you go into the menu then Keybinds and the Hotbar Tab then find the one Labeled Pet Hotbar, you can just assign keys to the actual pet bar, which may save you hotbar space in the future if you need it.
Adloquium and probably all other shield abilities are going to benefit from crit hit greatly, someone check my math please:
Physic:
400 *1.5 = 600 potency
Adloquium (assuming the shield is equal to the critical heal):
300*1.5 + 450*2 = 1350 potency (2/3 shield, 1/3 heal)
Adloquium is about 30% less efficient than physic, but has much lower chance to over heal and the shield increases the effective health, plus the shield only override it's self if it's higher (critical shield will override normal shield but not vice versa, so you don't have to worry).
