From what I've seen you can max about 3~ stats, so I'll probably go for a split between spell speed and piety, or crit and piety (assuming pet gains my crit chance) with a bit of spell speed but it's hard to tell until endgame.
Ok, so what should I concentrate with my stats up to level 30?

It's pretty much up to you...full int if you want more damage full mind if you want more healing, half and half if you aren't sure. The stat points you get as you level don't matter too awful much since it's less stats than a piece of gear at 50 will give so don't fret over it too much.

Thanks HEC that helps a ton :3 I didn't know that trick....the character limit even being there seems stupid, especially if you can just bypass it.

Neutron : cleric stance isn't available for smn, only sch and whm but even then I'd still stack mind for either of those personally since switching mind/int means if you really wanted to deal damage you could just switch stances.

Piety is definitely a good stat for both of the acn jobs for sure, if I did that *instead* of mind though it seems like I'd end up not being able to backup heal nearly as well. I'm personally doing an int/mind split, maybe 20 mind 10 int because you get way more int than mind per level...so it would make sense to pile on more mind to keep it fairly high. so far I'm 18 and it's making a huge difference in dungeons, I saved a tank about 4 times because the healer kept getting 90k and it was the difference between healing for 80~90 and healing for 130~140 which doesn't seem like much but when the mobs are doing around 100~ every time I can cast it really does make a huge difference as it means I can keep him up indefinitely and use less mana overall. I really want to figure out if crit is transfered to the pet though that's the only thing I can't really test very well....I'll figure out some way to do it though.

Also would like to add it seems that healing magic potency:mind is a 1:1 ratio, so every point of mind you get adds 1 to healing magic potency. Same thing with int for attack magic potency.
I really wish I could figure out the formula for cure magic potency though, physick has 400 potency and I have 60 healing magic potency...but I heal for 109-116 at the moment. I just added 3 points of healing magic potency/mind and it added about 4 minimum and 4 maximum to my heal, so I'm not sure what that means but it seems to be a bit above a 1:1 ratio for healing magic and actual healing.
