just because you like them does not mean it's getting more people in. i still see less and less people on the server not more. a few come back every patch and then leave again and take a few more with them. if this doesn't tell you they are pushing more away not bringing more in there's not much else to say.

You're saying that there've been steps backwards when the game was simply getting better, also that the game is going in the wrong direction. I just want to know the reasons on why you think that. Why do you think that there's less people every day on the servers? And maybe if you know a way to fix this. Just more meat on the grill, and I like meat.

When the game has been driving people away since the very beginning, there has been no "steps backwards". If anything, less and less people are leaving (if only because there's not as many people to leave anymore).

you're right less and less people leave. the difference is that even if everyone currently playing the game at this moment quit then it would still be less people. the point is with people still leaving daily then the game has not made the adjustments needed to bring in more people. the ones that were staying at this point are the people that are leveling their characters so that i can enjoy the new content when it comes out.

the recent patches are forcing more people to give up hope that the game will be turned around. that's not to say that some people aren't enjoying some of the new content, but there are also some that feel it is going the wrong direction and leaving due to it. the thing is nobody even has a clue of what direction this game has atm. i would hate to see a review of a person that has been playing this game since day one go online.

i'm not trying to start a fight. i was just saying as i play everyday for multiple hours there are just less people in game and hear alot more talking of leaving soon. i wish i did know the fix all for this game. there are many flaws and people could quit over even one of them and i can't read the minds of every player no more than se has.

i will say that after the last 2 patches i have actually considered quitting for the first time since the initial time i started the game. my reason for quitting would be the fact of the nerfing of the nm's which were already the content high ranked players had, but were already easy pre patch. it has nothing to do with the content for the mid range players. like i said though i cannot speak for everyone because i try to make as many friends as i can in game and get told multiple things as to why people quit and it is by no stretch a one solution for all.

i know i was leveling my char for the upcoming stuff tanaka had invisioned. i am really losing the want to play with the things yoshi has invisioned at this point. the difference is i am not one that's going to go play another game and wait for this one to get better. if i ever leave it will be permanantly which is why i have been continuing to play daily until now.

The point is that the recent changes are not making things worse, as you seem to imply. They are not doing enough, perhaps (and even then we know why that is), but the steps sure as hell are not backwards.

that is the opinion of 1 and to some others it is the opposite. just because some enjoy the game more now does not mean everyone feels the same way. if the game was getting better the playerbase would be increasing not still decreasing. i know for the first 2 days after the last big patch i seen alot of players that came in to see what the big changes were....they were gone again within a day or 2 saying they were horrible. personally at this point i would have had more fun with the game 2 months ago than i do now.

That only indicates the pace of improvement for the version of the game we play.

If you think that the updates haven't improved the game, and you still play, sounds like SE is doing a good job. Catering to you is not what they should be doing.

Well that's not true, months ago the servers were low popuplated but still playable, now the main challenge of the game is to get a party.
Those who didn't like the game at all left back in November, those that enjoyed it stayed, now they're leaving too...

I.E: rank50 NM weakened, biggest step backward ever, it made even those that enjoyed the game complain about it and took away the poor challenge it had.

You also can't differentiate between people who thought the game was "enjoyable" and people who were sticking around only because they were waiting for the game to get better.
