It would not, Se issues are not money, they where good before release as far as money is concerned and yet they failed, their problem is how they develop, for all intended purposes there is only one team, that does everything, unlike other company's where there is a content team, a battle design team, etc etc, 6-7 months in, all we have seen are some dumb quests and some big NM......
Sorry, couldn't help but notice that your ignorance is showing.for all intended purposes there is only one team, that does everything, unlike other company's where there is a content team, a battle design team, etc etc
Yoshida:
The dev team is actually split up into a bunch of smaller teams, each dedicated to a certain facet of the game. Off the top of my head, there’s the scenario team, the world settings team (including seasonal events), the item team, the crafting and gathering team, the battle team, the level design team, the art team, the character team, the BG team, the UI team, and so on and so forth. Each team focuses on certain game content or a particular system, and all teams’ tasks are ongoing simultaneously. There are VFX, animation, and cutscenes as well, so quite a few teams. Within each, there are staff members whose job it is to carry out the tasks of each patch, and others who focus on the large-scale elements and core of the game.
i''m glad you liked it so much. if the updates keep going in this direction we'd be better off with what was released in october. this game is taking steps backwards in terms of bringing people back not the opposite.

Betelgeuzah can you ever post without being rude?
Oh please, don't flatter me so~
just because you like them does not mean it's getting more people in. i still see less and less people on the server not more. a few come back every patch and then leave again and take a few more with them. if this doesn't tell you they are pushing more away not bringing more in there's not much else to say.

Because they were so eager to come back before?just because you like them does not mean it's getting more people in. i still see less and less people on the server not more. a few come back every patch and then leave again and take a few more with them. if this doesn't tell you they are pushing more away not bringing more in there's not much else to say.
When the game has been driving people away since the very beginning, there has been no "steps backwards". If anything, less and less people are leaving (if only because there's not as many people to leave anymore).

In my opinion the reason there might be less people on now is because of a lot of the announcements that were made about features coming soon. Namely new Job System that they are tacking onto the Armoury System, and New Races.
Personally I'm logging on long enough to solo a few leves for their money so I have money saved up for when Female Roegadyn release and I can make the character I will become attached too. As of yet I've not really attached to any of the characters I've made and I've made one of every race and gender now.
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
