Since the OP can't handle listening to complaining then they can help. They can NOT log-in and let someone else log-in in their place. That way there will be one less person they have to listen to complain. Until then STFU.

I'm sure you know that no one person is at work 24/7, just as you know that not every aspect of their business model receives attention 24/7 (just look at the community aspect), and I know that they "practically" have people working 24/7. That said, you're (incorrectly) assuming enough about me that I am not going to bother responding further.
They may not be up 24/7 buthe company is. ITS CALLED SHIFTS.. if youve ever worked somewhere thats open 24/7 youd know. 1-9 9-4 4-1
Working Hard to stay on top^_^
I think the main frustration that everyone is having is that this isn't the Beta anymore. These issues should have been addressed long before 2 days before release. This the their 2nd chance with this game and right now there isn't any credibility to fall back on after the 1.0 disaster. I understand problems come up, but that is what a Beta is for. If they couldn't get all of this figured out then they shouldn't have announced this "early-access" and had everyone get ready for it. Rushing things is what got them in trouble in the first place.
*snore* Dude, why ARE you responding to this thread anymore? You're just repeating yourself at this point. I don't even care who is on what side of whatever fence, I just want the same things everyone else wants, a working game, some real communication, and to receive the services that I have paid for. On that note, everything on this thread has become redundant.I'm sure you know that no one person is at work 24/7, just as you know that not every aspect of their business model receives attention 24/7 (just look at the community aspect), and I know that they "practically" have people working 24/7. I know people that do that and I was told the same thing... they may not be at work 24/7 but they are expected to work 24/7 if needed... I'm sure SE is the same way. Whether or not they care to fix things right away is another story. You've never, ever worked in IT have you? I have, guess what, on-call 24 hours a day. Doesn't matter. If my phone rang, I had to go in and fix it, regardless of how long it took. I'd get time in lieu, but when a major issue came up, I was expected to be there until I passed out or it got fixed. If I didn't, I could be terminated for breach of contract.
If SE takes down this video I'm going to Japan and I'm going to SE and I will shit everywhere once I get in
Before a launch... they actually are. It's hellish. Gaming devs, especially the Japanese ones, are expected to pull all-nighters to make sure the game gets out on time and that it's working.
I may be saying to S-E that I will lose consumer incentive for this game if the server issues continue past the time to subscribe, but trust me I feel REALLY bad for these guys right now.
Hey, what anime is your sig from? I would really like to know. XD
