I may be wrong, but I don't think the game is available in any of those countries. China in particular has very strict laws with regard to what can be depicted in video games, to the point that some games get released months or even years late in China because so much content has to be remade to abide by their laws.

Also I can't imagine North Korea playing at all because they're essentially segregated from the rest of the world in dictatorland
