    The sad thing is these errors have existed since Alpha, they're just more prominent because of the sheer amount of people. These things were not fixed in January and were in every subsequent phase, now it's EA and 2 days until Launch. As a 1.0 and beta tester I didn't need to buy a pre-order for the EA, I bought it for 2 in-game vanity items. That is all on me. But for those who did not have Early Access prior to spending upwards of $79.99 to get the game which INCLUDED the pre-order Early Access bonus, I feel sorry for them as this was suppose to be included in the product. It's not an entitlement thing, it was a selling point. A full refund of those values is a bit steep and would probably destroy SE and I really don't think we need even more minions and mounts.

    It seem you really dont know how the world of marketing and product its suppose to be in the world right? I understand that issue can happen when something new come out BUT when you made a huge campaign, collect money from around the world from customer that want to pay for a product in perfect condition the less thing you want to have in your hand what is? A broken product that they will use u has a guinea pig? Or a already tested and certified product that just need some patch here and there only?

    Seems to me you're the one with out a clue, Now go re read the ToS you agreed too. I'm sure its covered in there.

    This is exactly the issue I have. I dropped $30 to be able to play this weekend, because I enjoy the game and couldn't wait until Tuesday. I would have been better served buying a case of beer and lighting my cigar with the rest, because this is utterly ridiculous. Early access is designed to give people a reason to buy the game early, and help support the development put in. They have the unique scenario where I (we) wasted 50-100 dollars some time ago, and now how many people gave them an extra $30+ for this garbage? Disappointing to say the least

    Did you read the ToS or ToA you might mean. I hope you say that because you read and know every single articlein it. So please enlight me... 98% dont read that. the only way ppl read that is when they want to start suing or one or 2 advocate want to see the flaws in which they can sue the company for. SO Dont re-direct to stuff you have not even read and just click agreed like the majority of us. thx. ANd its seem you are not a seller or a person that make products so please dont comment if you dont know why I create the topic for..

    Unfortunately you agreed to the Terms of Service which indicates in section 5 the following:

    5. INTERRUPTION TO THE SERVICE You acknowledge that disruptions of service may occur and waive any causes of action against SQUARE ENIX in any way arising from or related to any such disruptions of service.

    As well as section 10.1 which reads as follows:

    10.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQUARE ENIX and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) incurred due to your usage of the Game, your engagement in Prohibited Activities, and/or arising out of or related to content you submit, post, link to, transmit, or make available through the Game, your violation of this User Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another User.

    Basically, all you or I or anyone else can do, is wait until they can stabilize the servers.

    SE did mention that they would provide some sort of compensation to those affected by the 3102 and 90000 error of Phase 4. They have yet to disclose what "compensation" that is. I'm sure that's lower priority now since all of the EA is pretty much screwed at this point. I'd be fine with a month of free gameplay or a free server transfer. I do not believe that's demanding too much NOR do I believe that's out of SE's scope of possible compensations.
