I know we all want to play, but man the more I read the forums, the more I see spoiled gamers. do what I do, relax watch a movie as you try to click into the game...if the server is offline then keep relaxing.
I want to play as well, but making another post about a known frustrating topic just makes this worse. Relax you will get to play soon. Please try and understand that they are doing what they can, they haven't abandoned you.

I pre-ordered specifically because of the early access. This isn't beta anymore, this was an aspect of the game that was heavily advertised to sell copies and make money. Not delivering on a major selling point of your product is a sure fire way to alienate customers and go out of business.

I have a long weekend for labor day. If this game is still having problems then, SE will never see another dime from me. My issue isn't with the game having launch issues. My issue is that these particular issues could have been avoided had they done a proper beta test and spent a little less time on a massive advertising and hype campaign and a little more time on actually preparing the game for launch. The server issues were discovered during the p4 beta but because they treated it like a demo instead of a beta they didn't have enough time to diagnose, fix, then test the fix under proper stress conditions. This is strike 2 (1.0 was strike 1). I really hope they don't get strike 3 next weekend.

To everyone that is frustrated at the situation, relax SE hasn't abandoned us. Yes we all want to play, yes we expect the game to be 100% working, yes some people want their money back. Just remember this Things like this can happen, its best to relax and not get angry over the situation. to all threatening to quit, understand this its am MMO things like this can happen. + you will be back....you always comeback.
