    Prince of Pestilence is having the same issue on multiple worlds. Unfortunately, the GMs are "unable" to do anything about it.

    Really? In FFXI, GM's could do these type of things.

    Seems so. Last I heard, PoP has been untargetable for days on Besaid and another despite multiple GM calls.
    There's actually a thread about how the GM team as-is isn't very helpful, citing this very issue.
