I agree. This is a major issue. half the servers are full and probably a huge chunk of them are beta players who didn't even purchase the game. They need to open the doors again for a bit or let us world transfer...like today. Please SE: bump up the server xfer date to ASAP. The fact that I can't play with friends who are non-legacy players is a huge issue. People play MMO's to play with their friends which is currently not a possibility for (I'm assuming) a significant portion of legacy status players.
Anyone who is playing the game right now bought the game.
Also (aside from servers being full currently) there's nothing stopping new players from playing on legacy servers. They won't allow legacy players to play on new servers any time soon, because it's a major deal breaker for a lot of new players. Later down the road (as in way, way later) who knows, but for now all you can do is hope that they open up more slots on the legacy servers.
I didn't say they were playing the game. I'm saying their accounts are currently on the servers and influencing SE to close the servers from new players. Take excalibur for instance. They closed the server from new players last weekend during beta. This morning at 2am PST when the game launched...those servers were still closed. What i'm saying is that a sizeable chunk of the accounts are beta players who don't plan on purchasing the game. I'm saying they shouldn't have defaulted to full at 2am this morning.Anyone who is playing the game right now bought the game.

Oops, didn't realize the issue was that the server was full....Uh, can this please be changed? I'd really like to play with friends....
